As the sun rises, people from all walks of life start to flock the Saint Francis of Assissi Parish Church to witness an extraordinary event. The Bishop of Diocese of Daet Most Rev. Gilbert A. Garcera, D.D. presided the Ordination to the Sacred Order of Presbyterate of Reverend Omar Cootauco Oco and Reverend Donn Wen Villania Villa, a Catholic process that consecrates a man into a Priest. This event is meaningful to the Talisayons as they start the new year 2010. Indeed, Talisay is in Spiritual High.
